BROKEN, EH?

Dear heart,

I know how you feel. Broken and shattered. I know you have been through a lot, take a break now. Breathe and let me breathe too.  You have done more than what you were supposed to do, enough you have loved, and more you have got broken. Now you need to quit.

I still remember, the day you feel in love, it was amazing I know. But how did it help? You were supposed to just pump the blood in my body, but no, you decided to go all the way to fall in love and get yourself broken. Well I don’t blame you; it wasn’t just your choice. Love is something no one can resist, neither could I, so how can I expect you to resist yourself?

I know you are in pain, grave pain. And I won’t give you any false hope. This will hurt, and prick you every moment, but you have to be strong. You know that I am always there for you, to hold you whenever you need me.

But, after everything, it’s you who has to fix yourself. You can’t die. You have to live and I know you will. I know how you stay up at nights, thinking about him, hating yourself. I know how you talk to the stars and stare at the moon hoping it would talk back someday. I know it all happens.

But at the end of the day, it’s you. I know you are broke and frozen. I know you don’t feel anything. Neither you are angry, nor you are sad. Neither you feel happy, nor you are in love. I ask you what is it, you usually stay quiet. But how long do you plan to do this? Because the more you think of him, the more I am going to die.

I hate you, for falling in love. I hate you for convincing me that he is the one, but now, no one is to be blamed. We are in this together, and we both are bearing this pain. But I know this all will be over soon, because at the end of the day, Venus always is the closest and dearest to the Moon.
